Compliance Action Guidelines

Philosophy

Our company has established compliance policies, systems, performances, and management methods, and has established compliance regulations with the aim of being deeply aware of corporate social responsibility, complying with relevant laws and regulations, and acting in accordance with social ethics in the conduct of daily business.

Compliance Rules Stipulated in Compliance Regulations

  • Relationship with society
    (a) In order to contribute to the conservation of the global environment and the establishment of a recycling-oriented society, we will reduce the environmental impact of products throughout their life cycles, from raw material procurement through manufacturing, distribution, use, recycling, and disposal, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
    (b) It prohibits the pursuit of profits through unjust means, the exchange of money and goods or bribery, corruption, extortion, embezzlement and acts of defamation or reputation of our company, as well as unlawful acts.
    (c) Carry out social contribution activities as a good corporate citizen in close cooperation with local communities.
    (d) As part of the company's ethical mission, it will take a firm stand against antisocial forces and organizations that pose a threat to the order and safety of civil society, and will block all relations.
  • Relationship with customers
    (a) Always take the customer's perspective and prioritize the quality and safety of our company's products and services.
    (b) We will take all possible measures to prevent accidents and problems related to the quality and safety of our products and services. In the event of an accident or problem, we will respond in good faith and promptly.
    (c) Bid-rigging and cartels are prohibited in terms of product prices, bidding, production volumes, etc., which may hinder competition.
  • Relationship with partner companies
    (a) We will comply with the Subcontracting Law, conduct honest and fair transactions, and maintain transparent relationships with all subcontractors.
    (b) We will not abide by unreasonable business practices and will always treat cooperating companies sincerely and fairly.
    (c) Do not seek personal benefits, such as benefits or facilities, in connection with business.
    (d) Act in accordance with sound business practices and social common sense with regard to entertainment and the receipt of gifts with business partners, etc.
  • Management of corporate assets and information
    (a) We will strictly manage corporate assets and corporate information in accordance with our internal regulations, whether tangible or intangible, and prevent unauthorized use.
    (b) Respect the rights and property of others to the maximum extent possible without unjustly using or infringing them.
    (c) Our company's confidential information (including personal information) shall be strictly controlled and shall not be used, disclosed, or leaked unjustly or unjustly not only while in office but also after retirement.

  • Relationship with employees
    (a) Respect the privacy of individuals as well as respect for basic human rights.
    (b) Discriminatory treatment without reasonable grounds such as birth, nationality, ethnicity, creed, religion, sex, age, various disabilities, hobbies and educational background, and any harassment such as abuse and sexual harassment shall not be tolerated.
  • Relations with the International Community
    (a) As a member of the international community, we will promote sound business activities by fully understanding and observing the laws and international rules of the relevant countries.
    (b) Maintain and promote friendly relations with local communities by actively communicating with them, respecting human rights, culture, traditions and customs.
