We are deeply honored to have appointed, at the meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors, our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer as follows, who assume their respective positions on January 1, 2021.

Under the leadership of the new CEO Yamamoto, Shinwa Controls will devote itself to the development and expansion of its global business in order to further realize its mission to support worldwide semiconductor manufacturing with its state of the art technology.
The new COO Kohshima will continue the various support activities to express our gratitude to all stakeholders who have extended their understanding and cooperation toward the company’s business activities.
Starting from 2021, the two newly appointed officers will strive to further develop the Company's business, and we deeply appreciate your continued support.
