We will identify and assess the risks and opportunities in occupational health and safety of our business operations, and for key areas, we will set targets and work toward them. - Compliance
We will ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and stakeholder requirements related to occupational safety and health, and strive to further improve our occupational safety and health management. - Elimination of health and safety hazards
We are committed to reducing occupational health and safety risks by identifying and eliminating factors that compromise safety and health. - Employee protection practices
For the following priority items impacting occupational health and safety throughout every phase of our business operations, we are committed to taking company-wide action.
1) To prevent employee health hazards resulting from overwork and conditions adverse to mental health, we will enhance our occupational health and safety management system and promote the maintenance and promotion of employee health.
2)In order to reflect the opinions of all employees and stakeholders, we will carry out activities with the participation of all employees through detailed communication. - Acquiring knowledge and skills, and increasing awareness
We will clarify and systematically implement education and training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to engage in occupational health and safety activities and to further increase awareness thereof. - Publicizing the Occupational Health and Safety Seclaration
This “Occupational Health and Safety Statement” shall be made known to all employees and stakeholders in writing, and shall also be made publicly available.
