Community Involvement
Together with Our Local Communities
As one of our management philosophies, we are committed to “coexistence with the local community and contributing to its economic and cultural development."
Shinwa Hills Rose Garden
On May 27, 2005, the “Shinwa Hills Rose Garden” opened in Takatoomachi, Ina City, in Nagano Prefecture.
Approximately 4,000 various roses of 32 varieties are planted on the extensive grounds that utilize fallow land, and visitors can enjoy their beautiful colors and fragrance from May to October.

Cultural Development Initiatives
We are proud to support our community's future leaders in the arts, sports, and education.

We are proud to be a corporate member of our community, and are pleased to sponsor community events.
We strive to be a company that is well-known and loved by the people in our communities.
With this in mind, the Kyushu and Nagano offices hold annual concerts and “Noryosai” (summer festival) events, both of which are put together by employees by hand. These events have become established as annual events in Omura City and Takatoomachi, Ina City, and we eagerly welcome participation from the local community.

Shinshu Tsuetsuki Pass "Teahouse on the Mountain Pass"
The Tsuetsuki Highway connects Takatoomachi, Ina City, and Chino City. We manage and operate the “Teahouse on the Mountain Pass,” located halfway up the mountain, which has an excellent view of the road. The teahouse is one of the three most scenic spots in Shinshu, and offers soba noodles and a coffee shop to visitors traveling through the area for sightseeing and business.
